    MediaSPIP automatically converts uploaded files to internet-compatible formats.
    Video files are encoded in MP4, Ogv and WebM (supported by HTML5) and MP4 (supported by Flash).
    Audio files are encoded in MP3 and Ogg (supported by HTML5) and MP3 (supported by Flash).
    Where possible, text is analyzed in order to retrieve the data needed for search engine detection, and then exported as a series of image files.

    Pour un fonctionnement correct et optimal, plusieurs choses sont à prendre en considération.
    Il est important, après avoir installé apache2, mysql et php5, d’installer d’autres logiciels nécessaires dont les installations sont décrites dans les liens afférants.     As title ; for some compressed format such as EAC3, AC3 frame starts as a sync word.

    So what’s PCM (raw audio)’s sync word ? How to identify the beginning of a PCM frame ?

    I met a problem where audio is concatenated by several audio segments and each of them has different frame size. I need to identify the start position.

    can any one recomended same online video converter ? I have very slow netbook but needed play avi, wmv, mkv on my iPhone and Android tablet. Also I planed to by WP (Windows Phone) Nokia 920, but sucks Microsoft havent support my video libs so I need online video converter. My videos files size from 300M to 4GB and resolution from 360p to 720p and 1080.
    Can any help me with online video converter ?

  • How do I attach multiple GIFs and adjust the FPS ?

    I want to attach several GIFs and then change the FPS to 10.
    ffmpeg -f concat -safe 0 -i 1.txt -filter:v fps=fps=1 -c copy output.gif

    Executing the above command will result in the following error :

    Filtergraph 'fps=fps=10' was defined for video output stream 0:0 but codec copy was selected.
    Filtering and streamcopy cannot be used together.

    Except for filter options to adjust the FPS, the following error will not occur, but another problem will occur.
