Piwik at Free and Open Source Software Conference
26 août 2013, par thomas — CommunityLast weekend Fabian and Thomas from the Piwik team have represented Piwik at the 8th FrOSCon in St. Augustin (Germany, near Cologne).
At our booth we handed out Piwik brochures, our new awesome Stickers, and of course sweets. Many Piwik users came by and we were glad to gather some interesting feature ideas and feedback. Thank you ! We also helped a few people troubleshoot issues on their servers and we introduced Piwik to many visitors stopping by the booth.
We cannot put into words what the incredible FrOSCon team and all the people who helped have achieved. Thank you for making this conference possible ! We really enjoyed FrOSCon and we hope to be there next year again.

Find the library calls from FFMPEG command line
6 octobre 2013, par BudiusI'm trying to create an Android app that will use video edition, thou, using FFMPEG for the task. I already successfully compiled FFMPEG as a library (libavcodec, libavformat, etc) and included them in the Android project.
Note that it does not contain the ffmpeg.c that can be called as a command line and the problem is that I only know the command lines to be used for all different things I want to accomplish.
So the question is :
from my Linux machine, how would I call ffmpeg
main()
in a "debug mode" to follow line-by-line what is being calling on those libraries, so I can write methods to mimic what I need to get done ? (currently I only have Android Studio installed, but I'm open to install whatever IDE ppl might suggest) -
trying to figure out what's wrong in the code using ffmpeg.exe
5 octobre 2013, par timmackI'm trying to upload videos and convert it to flv format as well as capturing image as thumbnails.I'm using visual web developer 2008 express edition.I've done so many research online and found something using ffmpeg.exe so I've downloaded an ffmpeg.exe and has tried so many codes but unfortunately I'm still unable to make it work.I want to save the converted video file to a certain folder in my server as well as the captured image as for its thumbnails after uploading the video.I'm not sure if the ffmpeg.exe has the problem or my codes but I suspect it's in my codes.I need somebody to help me find out what's something missing on my codes to make it work. Here's my codes below for your reference. Thanks
