    Pour un fonctionnement correct et optimal, plusieurs choses sont à prendre en considération.
    Il est important, après avoir installé apache2, mysql et php5, d’installer d’autres logiciels nécessaires dont les installations sont décrites dans les liens afférants. Un ensemble de librairies multimedias (x264, libtheora, libvpx) utilisées pour l’encodage et le décodage des vidéos et sons afin de supporter le plus grand nombre de fichiers possibles.     Indeo 4 has quantiser range 0-31 instead of 0-23 for Indeo 5, and clipping
    
quantiser leads to incorrect quantisation and DC prediction on low-quality
    
videos.

    Widen the values from limited to full range and use BT.709 where it
    
should be used according to the video resolution :
    

    SD is BT.601, HD is BT.709
    

    Default to BT.709 due to most observed HDMV content being HD.
